Custom Processing Costs

We offer two kinds of wrap.

Freezer film with paper inside.

White butcher paper with the poly film inside.

Our processing charges are,

BEEF

We no longer charge a Kill Fee.

Carcass processing on beef as a whole or half per pound

.78 for freezer film

.88 for white butcher paper

Carcass processing on beef as quarters or thirds per pound

.81 for freezer film

.91 for white butcher paper

add .06 for 1/8’s which must be cut the same

 

Dried Beef 1.00 per pound

Patties .55 cents per pound. 1/4 pound or 1/3 pound

No charge for tenderizing the round steak.

Other tenderizing .45 per pound

T-Bones or Ribeyes 1 per pkg. $6.00 per item  for qtrs.

T-Bones or Ribeyes 1 per pkg. $12.00 per item  for halves.

 

PORK

We no longer charge a Kill fee.

Carcass processing on pork per pound

.89 for freezer film

.98 for white butcher paper

Curing meat .70 cents per pound.

Patties .55 cents per pound. 1/4 pound or 1/3 pound

Tenderizing .45 cents per pound.

Pork chops 2 per package are $6.00 per loin extra

Stuffing sausage or bratwurst .90 cents per pound there is a 20 lb minimum.

Small container of Lard approximately 9 pounds $14.00

NO charge for seasoning, or boning.

 

LAMBS & GOATS $90.00 per head total cost.

 

Kill & Cool charges for Hogs that are for hog roasts or you to cut up yourself.

Whole hog $70.00

Hog cut in half $75.00

Hog cut in chunks $90.00

We no longer offer kill and cool for beef.
