Custom Processing Costs

We have added a 3% fee for debit and credit cards.

We currently are only wrapping with freezer film.

Freezer film with paper inside, hand wrapped, air squeezed out, heat sealed, like vacuum packing. Lasts 2 years.

Our processing charges are,

BEEF

We no longer charge a Kill Fee.

Carcass processing on beef as a whole or half per pound

1.25 for freezer film

Carcass processing on beef as quarters or thirds per pound

1.30 for freezer film

add .12 for 1/8’s which must be cut the same

Dried Beef 2.00 per pound

Patties .65 cents per pound. 1/4 pound, 1/3 pound or 1/2 pound

No charge for tenderizing the round steak once.

Other tenderizing and stew meat  .65 cents per pound

T-Bones or Ribeyes 1 in a  pkg. $8.00 for T-bones and $8.00 for Ribeyes  for qtrs.

T-Bones or Ribeyes 1 in a pkg. $16.00 for T-bones and $16.00 for Ribeyes for halves.

PORK

We no longer charge a Kill fee.

Carcass processing on pork per pound

1.40 for freezer film

Curing meat .90 cents per pound.

Patties .65 cents per pound. 1/4 pound or 1/3 pound

Tenderizing .65 cents per pound.

Pork chops 2 in a package are $8.00 per loin

Stuffing sausage or bratwurst 1.50 cents per pound there is a 25 lb minimum.

NO charge for seasoning, or boning.

LAMBS & GOATS $140.00 per head total cost.
